The Agent Services Coordinator and Market Center Tech Trainer role is onsite in Cupertino, CA. Pay is $29–$35 per hour. The position supports Keller Williams Thrive’s agents and Market Center through technology training, associate services, marketing, and office operations. The role helps agents use technology and digital marketing tools to grow their businesses while supporting recruiting, training, events, onboarding, and day-to-day Market Center operations.

What you'll do

• Consult with agents on social media practices, content, and lead generation
• facilitate technology assessments
• develop training modules
• create social media campaigns and digital assets
• provide Tier 1 technical support
• assist with associate onboarding and exits
• support recruiting
• manage the training calendar and event setup
• maintain front desk and office operations
• and communicate associate feedback and technology updates to leadership.
