What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk identification with clients
• report project status
• coach project managers
• conduct proposal requests and bid evaluations
• resolve schedule issues
• facilitate status meetings
• guide project teams through implementation and completion.
