What you'll do

• Assist with third-party logistics provider operations and compliance
• develop and enforce quality assurance protocols
• monitor performance and continuous improvement
• oversee third-party warehouse activities
• coordinate cross-border logistics from China to global markets
• manage budgets and team KPIs
• conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews
• recruit and onboard logistics providers
• develop training
• oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control
• and respond to daily operational issues.
