The Steel Stud Carpenter role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH; compensation is not specified. This role installs metal framing by interpreting plans and preparing layouts, measuring and shaping steel studs, and joining materials. It supports construction crews by completing framing work safely and to project specifications.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• prepare layouts using measuring tools in conformance with building codes
• measure, cut, shape, assemble, place, and join steel studs
• install metal framing
• notify the supervisor of equipment deficiencies
• follow safety procedures
• keep the work area clean.
