The supervisor oversees personal care services for participants in their homes, including Home Care Assistant scheduling and contracted-vendor relationships. The role supports consistent, compliant care by developing staff, monitoring documentation and credentials, and coordinating training with care teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee Home Care Assistants providing activities of daily living
• interview, hire, onboard, train, and provide feedback to assistants
• provide feedback to contracted caregiver agencies
• maintain certification compliance records
• audit documentation and coach staff
• coordinate training with the Home Health Manager and Rehabilitation department for care-plan exercise programs.

Why this role
