What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• supervise, train, and mentor field staff, craft labor, and subcontractors
• set expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism
• ensure compliance with contracts, federal regulations, and project standards
• coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
• manage CPM, pull-plan, and look-ahead schedules
• coordinate inspections, testing, reporting, and documentation
• maintain site security and access controls
• monitor labor, materials, and productivity
• identify risks and resolve field issues.
