What you'll do

• Engage prospective members, provide studio tours, and convert interest into memberships
• network in the community and cultivate business-to-business partnerships
• identify and execute local events and promotions
• support onboarding, development, and training of sales associates
• manage studio inventory and revenue tracking
• assist the Studio Manager with daily business functions.
