What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• analyze mechanical or electrical problems and take corrective action
• organize and document maintenance activities in CMMS software
• troubleshoot building systems and equipment, including lighting and simple electrical repairs
• coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trade work
• inspect facilities for hazards and maintenance needs
• assist with space planning, equipment moves, and layout changes
• support sustainability and cost-saving improvements
• source parts, tools, and supplies
• participate in on-call or after-hours response rotations when required.
