What you'll do

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Providing medication assistance according to delegation and state regulations.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Supporting mealtime service and hydration.
• Encouraging participation in activities and promoting resident engagement.
• Assisting with housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
