Part-Time Security Officer, Access Control and Intercom Operator

Job overview

The Part-Time Security Officer, Access Control and Intercom Operator role is onsite in Valrico, FL. Pay is $16 per hour. The officer supports a residential location by monitoring access and helping maintain a welcoming and secure environment for residents and visitors.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and direct guests
• respond professionally to incidents and escalate according to protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of common, parking, amenity, and perimeter areas
• document activities and observations in required reports.
