What you'll do

• Conduct site surveys and document client needs and building conditions
• attend pre-bid meetings
• write and submit pre-bid RFI documents
• work with Sales on recommendations and strategies
• review drawings and create bills of materials
• request distributor pricing
• identify labor components
• develop technical scopes of work
• check RFP/RFQ compliance
• coordinate awarded-project information with Operations.
