What you'll do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs
• deliver telehealth and in-person services according to client and program requirements
• analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals
• maintain timely documentation under payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements
• communicate service-related challenges.
