What you'll do

• Perform basic maintenance duties and assigned repairs
• assist with decisions on minor and routine repairs
• maintain equipment and perform minor repairs using power and hand tools
• complete minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, lamp-changing, and drywall tasks
• maintain logs, perform rounds, and complete work orders, tests, and inspections
• read, understand, and communicate detailed instructions.
