What you'll do

• Lead and develop the project engineering team across concurrent programs
• define system and product scope and engineering work breakdown structures
• establish program governance and technical review cadence
• oversee cost-account performance, schedule, risk, configuration management, and estimates to complete
• coordinate with program managers, chief engineers, and schedulers
• and translate Agile metrics into milestone and earned-value reporting. Support travel or off-site work as needed.
