What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 billing customers
• drive retention, renewals, and expansion
• identify, negotiate, and close expansion opportunities
• build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
• monitor account health and usage
• coordinate internal specialists
• forecast and report revenue, renewals, and pipeline
• partner with technical, business development, professional services, and partner teams.
