What you'll do

• Prepare table service as directed by the Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server
• follow written event specifications
• remove equipment after meal service
• serve food and beverages and handle guest requests
• follow food safety guidelines
• keep work areas and equipment clean and in good condition.
