What you'll do

• Lead closeout activities for large-scale data center projects
• coordinate collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other documentation
• conduct field verification audits
• perform QA/QC reviews
• hold contractors and stakeholders accountable for milestones
• monitor schedules and risks and drive corrective actions
• use mechanical and electrical systems knowledge to review deliverables and resolve discrepancies
• communicate status and risks
• improve closeout processes and documentation standards.
