IT Systems Engineer

Job overview

The IT Systems Engineer role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with in-office attendance at least three days a week. The base salary range is $120,000–$150,000. Kharon develops intelligence products that help clients assess risks related to global security threats and international commerce. The engineer maintains and supports employee devices, identity and access systems, networks, and office technology. This work enables secure, reliable IT operations for Denver staff and Kharon’s globally distributed workforce.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day macOS and Windows support, including white-glove support for C-suite staff
• administer Jamf, Intune, Okta, Tailscale, and SaaS applications
• automate onboarding and offboarding
• administer office network hardware and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
• maintain encryption, patch compliance, endpoint detection coverage, and device policies
• conduct access reviews and maintain security audit evidence
• support conference room AV and office systems
• document processes, train employees, and deliver IT projects with the IT Lead.

Why this role
