What you'll do

• Operate the filler machine
• assist the supervisor with packing-line and ancillary activities
• help determine machine-line staffing
• assign schedules to certain packing employees and adjust them as needed
• relay supervisor instructions
• complete staffing worksheets and routine reports
• train new employees
• follow safety rules and company policies
• perform Packer/Laborer, Machine Operator, and Forklift Operator duties as needed.
