What you'll do

• Inspect incoming shipments, document them with photos, and update logs and purchase-order notes
• coordinate with drivers and delivery or pickup requests by email
• prepare emails and daily driver schedules
• track inventory and order supplies, tools, and refrigerants as needed
• operate forklifts
• prepare driver paperwork with packing slips and purchase-order documentation.

Why this role
