• Lead signal integrity engineers developing OverPass systems
• work with customers and product managers to define requirements
• translate requirements into designs, tooling, manufacturing processes, qualification testing, and production transfer
• drive product roadmaps
• mentor engineers
• solve high-speed design and simulation challenges
• support sales, applications engineering, and global production ramp-up.
