What you'll do

• Manage showroom staff, operations, and financial concerns
• meet sales plans and participate in budget planning
• oversee payroll reporting, expenses, and inventory
• recruit, coach, train, and review sales staff
• implement showroom policies and merchandising standards
• use Oracle systems to support sales and customer account management
• coordinate shipments and deliveries
• resolve customer issues
• plan promotional events with marketing and showroom staff
• maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and local service providers.
