What you'll do

• Assist with resident admissions, orientation, intake assessment, urine screening, medication management, protocols, recurring assessments, and secure storage of personal property
• assist physicians during rounds
• communicate with physicians and follow physician orders for medication management
• document resident progress in KIPU Systems
• observe resident behavior and report through shift notes
• facilitate program activities and schedules
• participate in shift change
• provide crisis intervention
• support resident discharge and transition, transportation, and continuity of care
• maintain facility cleanliness.
