Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• prepare quotes, pricing, product information, and lead-time details
• enter orders in CRM/ERP systems
• provide order and shipping updates
• identify upsell opportunities
• maintain CRM notes
• coordinate with sales
• send samples and catalogs
• assist with custom quotes, RFQs, and submittals
• coordinate project details with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service
• track timelines and support quote-to-production handoffs.
