Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with compensation of $35–$36 per hour. The position supports Vest Residential’s community maintenance and service operations. The supervisor oversees and performs maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, functional, and aligned with company standards. The role coordinates repairs and apartment make-ready work while supporting resident service, safety, and cost control.

What you'll do

• Complete and oversee resident-requested work orders and routine repairs
• diagnose problems and make repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and codes
• manage apartment make-ready inspections, punch lists, vendors, supplies, repairs, and final inspections
• establish cleanliness and appearance standards
• inspect team and contractor work
• maintain parts and materials inventory
• complete monthly preventive maintenance
• support cost control
• conduct safety meetings and maintain current safety documentation
• respond to resident questions and complaints
• assist the Community Manager with repair and maintenance budgets
• document service requests and conduct community inspections.

Why this role

Requires EPA Type I and II or Universal certification; Certified Pool Operator and OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days; valid driver’s license; must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law. Evening, weekend, and holiday on-call work is required.
