Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. P.J. The assistant supports property managers with vendor bids, inspections, customer follow-up, unit turns, and association meeting preparation. The role helps maintain property operations and customer service while learning through daily shadowing and training with property managers.

What you'll do

• Obtain vendor bids for property managers
• conduct property inspections
• place marketing signs and check keys
• follow up with customers by phone, email, or text
• assist with HOA annual meeting mailings and property unit turns
• comply with company standards and applicable laws
• shadow and train with property managers
• participate in projects assigned by the Property Management Director
• assist with errands outside the office as needed.
