Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• process accounts payable and receivable as needed
• investigate reconciliation discrepancies
• prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• identify process improvements
• perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
