What you'll do

• Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service staff
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention
• support day-to-day hospital operations and workflow coordination
• partner with veterinarians and leadership on hospital goals
• help develop systems and processes
• support surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
• assist with patient care and nursing responsibilities as needed
• promote patient safety and medical excellence.
