What you'll do

• Lead personal lead generation, appointment setting, and sales
• train and coach sales team members in prospecting and sales
• help maintain the gym operating budget
• assist with membership sales and promotions
• build member and vendor relationships
• provide customer service and resolve issues
• ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• assist with hiring, training, and staff scheduling
• enforce facility rules and help keep the facility clean and safe.
