The Porter role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. Paths develops, builds, and operates affordable housing and manages properties across the United States. The Porter assists the Maintenance team with daily property cleanliness and upkeep. The work helps keep buildings, grounds, and vacant units clean, orderly, and ready for residents while reporting safety or security concerns.

What you'll do

• Clean building interiors and common areas
• handle and remove trash and recyclables
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• clean exterior areas and perform basic maintenance
• replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, and shades as directed
• assist with weather-related cleaning
• report unsafe conditions and potential security breaches.
