What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule front-of-house staff within labor budgets
• lead team meetings and development
• manage invoicing, P&L reviews, forecasting, sales data, chargebacks, and purchase order journals
• support guest service and resolve concerns
• maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
