What you'll do

• Develop and execute a referral growth strategy
• use existing relationships to generate qualified referrals
• maintain a weekly presence of at least 10–15 hours at assigned referral partners
• meet referral targets
• track activity and pipeline in CRM or other tools
• report market and competitor trends
• represent the company at community events
• and coordinate with intake and care teams on client onboarding.
