Program Manager I, Residential and Psychiatric Programs

What you'll do

• Provide respectful and inclusive leadership
• oversee patient-care integrity and respect for patient rights
• partner with leadership on resources, staffing, recruitment, and onboarding
• evaluate program stability and adjust resources to support safety and effectiveness
• manage direct-care employees, including evaluations, scheduling, and development
• ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and KVC policies
• and coordinate safety protocols, workers’ compensation, and incident reporting.
