What you'll do
- Manage government contracts from review and negotiation through execution and administration
- draft, review, negotiate, and execute NDAs, subcontractor agreements, customer contracts, amendments, and modifications
- ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and customer requirements
- maintain contract records and track obligations, deliverables, and renewals
- identify risks and recommend mitigation
- coordinate with internal teams.
