What you'll do

• Create and execute test cases
• lead quality assurance and quality control for California’s local team
• communicate updates and maintain client-agency relationships
• document state processes and Custom Development Requests
• create industry messaging about system changes
• coordinate internal resources for agency requests
• oversee environment configurations
• demonstrate the system to agencies and licensed businesses
• maintain project management sites
• lead state-specific user documentation
• manage administrative documentation
• participate in special events as a subject matter expert
• assist with improving testing processes.
