What you'll do

• Supervise the client-care team
• provide information and training on psychoeducation, mental health assessments, and motivational interviewing
• support day-to-day social-services supervision
• consult with professional and technical personnel
• develop linkage agreements and liaise with community organizations and local mental health providers
• collaborate with social-service staff to help clients address barriers, advocate for themselves, and work toward self-sufficiency.
