What you'll do

• Lead and supervise daily construction activities
• coordinate crew assignments and workflow
• construct pools and outdoor living structures
• read plans and verify layouts, elevations, grades, and measurements
• coordinate schedules with operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• inspect quality and address field challenges
• communicate project updates to homeowners
• document progress using JobTread
• oversee vehicles, tools, and equipment
• train crew members
• enforce jobsite safety and maintain clean sites.
