The Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room role is onsite in Glasgow, MT. Compensation is $68–$71 per hour. The nurse provides perioperative care for surgical patients through pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative phases. The role serves as a circulating nurse, supporting safe and coordinated surgical care by maintaining the sterile field, anticipating the surgical team’s needs, and ensuring accurate counts, specimen handling, and documentation. The nurse also hands off care to the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

What you'll do

• Perform pre-operative assessments
• verify consent, patient identity, and surgical site
• participate in surgical time-outs
• maintain the sterile field and aseptic technique
• document instrument, sponge, and sharps counts
• handle, label, and process specimens per policy
• document intra-operative care and hand off patients to the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
