Bar Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare drinks and maintain menu knowledge
• coach the team on consistency and service
• make food and drink recommendations
• oversee bar organization and restaurant-floor support
• handle guest concerns
• lead briefings, recruitment, and team development
• manage schedules, stock-taking, budget impacts, waste, and reporting
• follow food safety, hygiene, and opening and closing procedures
• support company sustainability and inclusion values.
