Planning and Production Clerk

The Planning and Production Clerk role is onsite in Seminole, OK; compensation is not specified. ACE Thermal Systems designs, manufactures, and supports environmental control systems and components for aerospace and defense customers. The clerk supports the Planning team by maintaining schedules, work orders, material information, and planning records so manufacturing teams can coordinate production and delivery. The role works with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

What you'll do

• Assist with production schedules and work orders
• maintain accurate ERP/MRP planning data
• create labels and work or sales orders
• monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory Control
• release manufacturing work orders, routers, and documentation
• update bills of material and records
• support engineering changes, status reporting, and AS9100/customer documentation requirements.
