• Evaluate and manage pediatric endocrine disorders
• provide outpatient clinic care and inpatient consultations as needed
• develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans
• interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and growth data
• manage insulin therapy, diabetes technology, and endocrine medications
• educate patients and families
• collaborate with care teams
• document care
• participate in quality, safety, and outcomes initiatives
• participate in on-call coverage
• supervise or educate trainees as applicable.
