Network Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve WAN availability issues and outages
• manage ServiceNow tickets through closure
• coordinate with vendors on ticket resolution and WAN escalations
• administer network service requests
• manage circuit installations, migrations, upgrades, and disconnects
• maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures.
