What you'll do

• Provide individualized employment services
• assist with resumes, applications, interview preparation, and on-the-job training
• develop strengths-based employment plans
• search for jobs and contact local employers
• match participants with competitive integrated employment
• provide job coaching and follow-along support
• document services
• collaborate with employers, team members, and community resources
• advocate for participants.
