What you'll do

• Assign daily maintenance tasks and ensure work meets standards
• train and mentor technicians
• coordinate schedules with Production and Shipping
• document work in the maintenance system
• identify parts and coordinate procurement
• perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs
• troubleshoot electrical systems and interpret schematics
• rebuild, modify, and fabricate plant systems
• communicate to minimize downtime
• participate in special projects.
