What you'll do

• Develop and maintain an operational plan for tenant interactions, maintenance, and compliance tracking
• conduct property site visits
• lead weekly team meetings
• improve unit turnover times, vacancy days, and occupancy
• monitor rent collections, budgets, revenue, and expenses
• mediate tenant concerns
• partner with Resident Services
• conduct monthly tenant-file audits for LIHTC, HUD, and other requirements
• train staff on compliance and policies
• supervise and develop staff
• support property management software use.

Why this role
