Behavior Interventionist

The Behavior Interventionist role is onsite at school sites in the Greater Los Angeles area, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The role supports students’ behavioral and developmental goals in school settings. Working under case-supervisor guidance, the interventionist implements individualized plans, collects data, and coordinates with school staff and clinical supervisors. The work supports students’ progress while following safety procedures and documenting services and incidents.

What you'll do

• Travel to assigned school sites
• implement behavior treatment, intervention, and crisis plans under supervision
• respond safely to challenging behaviors using company procedures and CPI strategies
• collect and submit daily behavior and skill-acquisition data
• complete timekeeping, timesheets, and mileage logs
• report incidents and communicate with supervisors and school staff.
