What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations on ground-up and multifamily renovation projects
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• develop and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules and trade sequencing
• monitor milestones
• enforce quality and safety standards
• conduct subcontractor meetings
• coordinate daily field activities
• work with project managers on budgets, schedules, and goals
• review drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• maintain reports and logs
• manage punch lists, final inspections, and closeout.
