What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
• deliver direct care in a crisis receiving environment
• oversee psychiatric and medical providers and nursing staff
• help establish clinical workflows and treatment standards
• develop and adjust treatment plans
• prescribe psychiatric medications as appropriate
• conduct or oversee medical assessments
• coordinate multidisciplinary care and transitions
• participate in quality improvement and staff development.
