Construction Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Prepare quotes for seismic bracing and structural support products
• enter and process sales orders
• answer customer questions about products, pricing, and order status
• support outside sales and project staff with follow-ups and bid tracking
• review plans and specifications to identify product needs and quantities
• coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping
• maintain quote, order, submittal, and correspondence records
• assist with invoicing questions and pipeline tracking.
