Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bridgeton, MO, and pays $18–$24 per hour. PLA provides supply chain services, including pallet management, logistics, and pallet manufacturing and recycling. The technician maintains facility infrastructure and production equipment to support safe, efficient operations and reduce equipment downtime. The role also manages forklift-driver certification records and maintenance documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, forklifts, compressors, and other machinery
• maintain and repair electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC
• manage the on-site forklift driver certification program and related logs
• keep maintenance logs current
• follow safety and environmental policies
• organize spare-parts inventory
• coordinate with vendors
• work with customers on reporting and reimbursable expenses.
